We’re looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join our team and help bring our game worlds to life with stunning visuals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality art, collaborate with talented teams, and shape the look of next-generation games.

Your Mission

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to ensure visual consistency and support gameplay.
• Optimise 3D assets for mobile and PC platforms, managing poly counts, LODs, and texture memory.
• Define art pipelines and workflows, improving efficiency and maintaining technical standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and emerging techniques to keep our games visually cutting-edge.
• Help shape the art direction and lead art design decisions, ensuring all 3D assets match the game’s vision.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in 3D game art creation, with published mobile titles (PC games a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing characters, environments, props, and 3D assets.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling, texturing, shading, and sculpting (Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
• Experience with mobile game optimisation, including poly counts, textures, and performance.
• Familiarity with Unity pipelines and asset integration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work well in a team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced development environment.
