We are looking for a System Game Designer to join our team and help push the boundaries of what’s possible in mobile gaming. If you’re passionate about shaping core game systems, designing epic mechanics, and creating unforgettable moments that keep players engaged, this is the mission for you.

Your Mission:

• Design and develop new game systems and features that wow players.
• Write detailed game design documents and user stories to bring your ideas to life.
• Collaborate with artists, engineers, and producers to make sure your designs hit the mark.
• Dive into analytics and create game economies that will engage and monetise players in the long term.
• Test, iterate, and improve features to boost game performance and player engagement.
• Dive into player research and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Craft wireframes and UI designs that look as good as they feel.
• Help shape product roadmaps and feature prioritisation plans.
• Run usability testing and gather feedback to polish every part of the player experience.
  

What we are looking for:

• 5 years + of experience in game design, specifically in system or technical design
• Experience with Meta features balancing and Economy design
• Product management experience and/or LiveOps a plus
• Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with game design tools, product design tools, and Unity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
