We are looking for a Senior 3D Technical Artist who will make substantial contributions to the development and execution of high-quality graphical solutions, animations, and technical tools for our Unity-based mobile project.

Your Mission:

• Develop, implement, and optimise high-quality graphical solutions and technical tools for our Unity mobile project.

• Collaborate closely with artists and programmers to make sure every visual element lands perfectly in-game.

• Create and optimise shaders, 3D models, textures, animations, and other graphical elements, keeping mobile performance and visual quality in balance.

• Maintain high standards for visual quality and aesthetics across the project.

• Stay curious and experiment with new graphics and animation techniques to push the visual quality and efficiency of our development process.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Technical Artist on Unity projects.

• Deep understanding of computer graphics, including modelling, texturing, lighting, and visualisation.

• Experience in mentoring teams, with the ability to inspire and guide junior members.

• Strong artistic sense and ability to provide constructive feedback on visuals and animations.

• Experience developing tools or plugins to improve workflows and visual quality.

Proven ability to optimise assets and animations for mobile platforms without sacrificing quality.
