Hypemasters is an international game development studio creating competitive PvP strategy games for mobile and PC.

We are looking for a part-time 2D Artist to support our team in creating high-quality visual assets for in-game events. In this role, you will design avatars, frames, and key visual images that represent different themes and events within our games. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure all artwork aligns with the visual style of the game and meets our quality standards.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality artwork within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and create avatars representing different themes, characters, and event concepts.

• Create visually appealing frames and borders for event-related content.

• Produce main images and banners that communicate the theme and purpose of in-game events.

• Ensure artwork matches the visual style and quality standards of the game.

• Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on designs based on team input.

• Deliver assets on time according to project timelines.

• Ensure all artwork is prepared in the correct resolution, format, and quality for use in-game.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing relevant work, including avatars, frames, and key images in a style similar to our game.

• Previous experience creating assets for games or live events.

• Strong 2D art and design skills with great attention to detail.

• Proficiency in 2D design principles and digital art tools.

• Ability to create engaging and original visual concepts.

• Ability to work with AI tools such as MidJourney or similar.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.

• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D software (especially Blender).

• Experience working with Unity.
